This charming 19th century cottage, nestling on the edge of a National Nature Reserve, offers visitors peace and tranquility – a place to get away from the stresses and strains of modern life. The village of Theddlethorpe is situated only a few miles from the Lincolnshire Wolds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), and close to both the market town of Louth and the craft market town of Alford.

	Dunes Cottage is situated on the edge of the dunes with a vast, sandy beach as its ‘back garden’ and adjoins the Saltfleetby-Theddlethorpe National Nature Reserve (NNR). The village is only a short drive away from the Donna Nook and Gibraltar Point NNRs. This area makes the perfect holiday destination for bird watchers and nature lovers of flora and fauna.
Dunes Cottage was once the stable that belonged to the brick-maker during the 19th century. Now, converted to a charming cottage, it includes all modern facilities.
